What is this anonymization module?

This module allows you to automatically delete or replace personal information contained in a text or file in order to protect privacy and comply with regulations (e.g. RGPD).

The module recognizes several categories ofpersonally identifiable information (PII), including :

  • Identity: First names, last names, full names
  • Contact details: Telephone numbers, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, domain names
  • Identifiers: ID numbers (CNI, passport…), bank details
  • Other sensitive data: Dates, monetary values, user-defined custom text

If you want to add other types of data to be detected, you can request this directly via the integrated chatbot.

There are two possible methods:

  1. Manual entry: Type or paste your text directly into the box on the left.
  2. File upload: Upload or select a PDF or TXT file (max. 5 MB) in the box on the right.
  • Regulatory compliance (RGPD, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Sharing data with partners without disclosing personal information
  • Publication of anonymized internal documents
  • Creation of datasets for analysis or AI

Are my files stored?

No. Texts and files processed by the tool are not stored after anonymization. The treatment is temporary, just to carry out the operation.

  1. Upload: Enter text or upload file.
  2. Preview: The tool detects and highlights any sensitive data found.
  3. Anonymization: Detected data is replaced by masked or pseudonymized values (e.g. **** or <NAME>).
  • Formats: PDF and TXT
  • Maximum size: 5 MB per file
    For larger documents, we recommend splitting them before processing.
