Fondateur du Cercle IA, expert en stratégie digitale & IA générative
Tarik accompagne depuis 2017 des entreprises et institutions dans leur transformation digitale à travers l’agence Antidote (fondée en 2021), où il développe des stratégies de marketing digital adaptées aux enjeux métiers de ses clients.
En 2024, il a créé le Cercle IA, une structure dédiée à la formation en IA générative. Il y déploie des programmes de formation ciblés pour les secteurs du conseil, du droit, de la gestion d’entreprise et des ressources humaines. Tarik enseigne par ailleurs à l’IHECS (Bruxelles), où il anime le séminaire “Professionnalisation à l’ère de l’intelligence artificielle” en Master 2.
Fort d’une expérience auprès de plus de 300 professionnels formés, Tarik a développé une méthodologie d’apprentissage axée sur l’opérationnalisation immédiate. Son approche privilégie les cas d’usage sectoriels et l’application pratique, permettant aux participants de convertir les capacités de l’IA en avantages concurrentiels mesurables dans leur exercice professionnel.

Do I need technical AI skills?
No, there are no technical prerequisites. The program is designed for professionals who want to exploit AI, whatever their starting level.
How do the masterclass sessions work?
Sessions are interactive and practical, in small groups of up to 8 participants. Each session is recorded and available for replay.
How do individual sessions work?
Sessions are scheduled according to your availability and adapted to your specific objectives and business sector.
How much time do you need to invest?
Three 2-hour masterclasses + one individual session over the course of one month. The rest of the time is devoted to putting what you learn into practice in your daily work and participating (optional) in office hours sessions for additional support.
What happens after the program?
You’ll have access to our alumni community and up-to-date resources to further your development.
